Fees

Our fees are simple and transparent. Bookkeeping and tax preparation are billed at $40/hour for hourly work. For routine work, flat fees can be established. Price guarantee: New clients are billed the same hourly rate for at least one year.

Consulting and research fees and mileage costs are additional. Software subscription fees are additional, at cost. A no-cost option using secure local (offline) software is also available. Please ask about this option.

Estimates are available on request and are guaranteed within 5%.

Hourly services are invoiced in tenths of an hour and are detailed monthly for Net 30 payment.
